Documents
Once you have agreed to let us handle your claim, we will provide you with essential documents for your review. Following that, we will arrange a suitable time for you to sign and have all required paperwork notarized.
Filed
Our Processing team will handle all paperwork submissions. Depending on the type of claim, the process can range from 3 to 6 months from the filing date. In some instances, cases may extend beyond this timeframe.
Approved
After the agency finally approves your claim, the processing team, will promptly reach out to you to inform you about the status of your claim. Once the team receives the check, they will expedite the process by promptly mailing out your funds to the address you have provided.
Remember...these funds are only held for a designated period of time.
After that time expires, then some states get to lawfully keep the money for their own uses.
